Teams & Managers

• NB To participate in any of the events listed below, runners must have a UKA Competition Licence
• Note: men's and women's events are held on the same day (and venue) and Young Athletes Events are often included.
• All entries in advance; electronic entry optional (some) or obligatory.
• Team made up of runners as they finish (cross-country) or teams declared on the day from the entry.
• Veterans (any age) can be included in any of these events; there are also separate events for them (see 'Veterans' section). Lower age limits do apply. Ask.

Broadly but briefly: Determining availability, selection for a team (or for which team), and actual entering the names is done by:
• Pete Shaw for men over-17
• Nigel Brookes for ladies over-17
• Richard Harris for young athletes (both, under-17) (see 'Young Athletes')
• Steve Marshal and Ian Whyman for men and women in specifically veteran events (see 'Veterans') Of course there is frequent consultation between them and appropriate coaches.
