U13s & U11s Indoor training 2009/2010

In addition to the hill training sessions, we have arranged some indoor training and conditioning sessions for the U13 & U11 groups.
These sessions will include circuit training, sportshall, core conditioning and some "fun" games. The sessions will be designed and developed, as required,
 to suit all the athletes who attend.  The sessions will be held at Thrybergh Leisure Centre, starting at 6:00pm and finishing at approximately 7:30pm.
The sessions will be for U13's one week and under 11's the following week. For those athletes who cannot get to Thrybergh, or do not wish to train indoors, then they will join the other age group who will be doing hill training, eg any U13s who cannot, or don't want to, train indoors will do a hill session with a merged group of U11s & U13s
