Activities have been traditionally carried on by individual participation in events and by a number of team entry events such as Wilmot Wander. In 2010 onwards, there will in addition be a short trail/fell series championship and a long trail/fell championship.
Details of participation are currently under discussion and list of long events is being considered.
For the short series, the 12 events of the KMRT Series of races has been proposed and is likely to be adopted.

RHAC organises one major and (currently) two minor events:-

Round Rotherham Run and Relay-    see section of website-  and

Bassingthorpe Spring 5 and Fun Run (March, 5 miles trail/cross-country)
Ulley Res  (June, 5 miles trail)
