The path widens to an old wide concrete path.
At B left turn on a short steep down then long long up in a stright line to the top of the coppice, exiting on to a more level grass field where you easily see Keppel's Column.
At C clockwise round Keppel's Column, taking a path back down the field just on the left of the scrubland (flagged at the top).
Re-enter Scholes Coppice near Scholes village (uneven down as you near the wood) and in the coppice follow red/white taped trees fairly close to the left border,
At D right turn to ascend the concrete path back to B
(U15 direct to finish)
Main race repeat the loop then second time continue to the finish by the reverse of the start.
The route is likely to be wet (on 8/3/18 some of it was very wet)
Use trail shoes, or fell shoes, or others with good grip or rubber spikes.
Cross-country spikes not suitable due to hard surface sections.
Marshals will be at B, C, D, and at the points where there is coppice/field transition
